Userite Website Auditing Ltd was established in May 2000 with the support of the Cobweb Business Innovation centre. Our company mission is to provide an independent, flexible service to help website owners and developers make their websites accessible and usable for the widest possible audience.
We aim to provide our customers with all the information and support they need to achieve these objectives.
The Userite team has a wide range of experience covering website design,web accessibility, e-government, internet services, training and marketing.
Our technical department is led by Richard Warren who started his Internet experiences many years ago with CompuServe. Since then he has been involved in a number of EU research projects and reports looking at the potential impacts of new technology. He has extensive knowledge of web accessibility and usability issues. His particular skill is explaining technical issues in a non-technical manner.
Our Sales and Marketing department is led by Peter Fogg who joined us after many years working for Honeywell Bull. He has over 30 years experience in the IT industry ranging from software troubleshooting on operating systems through to management of major accounts.
We have undertaken a variety of work for many organisations in both public and private sectors.
